Content and coaching will equip leaders with tools, including:
- Motivating, inspiring and empowering staff: Empower team members through calibrated authority and responsibility
- Managing time and priorities including delegation: Utilize time efficiently in leadership, productivity, and relationship
- Communication skills and techniques: Discover their own voice and the voices on their team
- Negotiation, Consensus & Conflict: Effectively navigate conflict, challenge, and change
- Building trust and respect: Bring out the better version of every team member
The Model
Participants will have access to online leadership content + live virtual coaching. The leadership content includes unique, weekly content:
- Access to weekly 15-20 minute video training focused on learning & practical tools
- A self-awareness exercise focused on helping them improve their personal leadership
- A relational-capacity challenge focused on helping them take what they have learned to those they lead
Live coaching will provide one-to-one leadership coaching from a certified Fortis coach, allowing each participant to process their leadership lessons through Fortis’ Turning Point coaching model.
- Bi-weekly one-hour coaching sessions
- Six-month engagement (option to extend with up to 2 years of unique online content)
Three Options for Directed Coaching
This approach allows a high-impact, 1-to-1 approach, specially tailored to the leaders on your team.
Live virtual coaching will provide one-to-one leadership coaching from a certified Fortis coach, allowing each participant to process their leadership lessons through Fortis’ Turning Point coaching model.
- Bi-weekly one hour online coaching sessions
- Six-month engagement (option to extend with up to 2 years of unique online content)
This approach allows a focused group setting, unique to your organization. Ideal for 6-10 leaders.
Live virtual coaching will provide group leadership coaching from a certified Fortis coach, allowing each participant to process their leadership lessons through Fortis’ Turning Point coaching model with the accountability of other leaders in the organization.
- Bi-weekly one hour group coaching sessions
- Six-month engagement (option to extend with up to 2 years of unique online content)
This approach allows a group setting, leaning into the benefits of learning from other leaders. The group will include 6-10 leaders from multiple organizations.
Each live virtual group will provide group leadership coaching from a certified Fortis coach, allowing each participant to process their leadership lessons through Fortis’ Turning Point coaching model with the accountability of other leaders.
- Bi-weekly one hour group coaching sessions
- Six-month engagement (option to extend with up to 2 years of unique online content)
Groups will launch on a rotating basis during the year.
