Fortis Leadership has provided executive coaching to the Virginia Retirement System, helped teams navigate through personnel challenges and hosted VRS staff in the Evolving Leaders Program.

Robertson notes Fortis Leadership methodology — extending teaching over a period of time so staff can work out their learning between sessions — is a great asset. “It reinforces the notion of what you need to be doing on the job, helping the learning stick,” Robertson says.
When VRS experienced a personnel challenge between supervisor and staff, Robertson sought out Fortis Leadership.
