I have been part of various programs over the years, however a program that I attended where Jan facilitated stood out as one that provided the greatest depth in content and interaction with the participants. I would have to say that I was a reluctant learner and, by the end of the second session, I saw the depth and breadth of the program, not only because of the content, but because of the passion and sincerity that Jan brought to the class.
In my view everything I gained from the program was because of Jan’s leadership and sincere desire that we all leave the experience as better leaders. It’s easy to see when people are going through the motions, and that was clearly not the case with Jan. She truly believes in what she teaches. I believe that I was more engaged in the program, because she was so engaging in the delivery.
